Ons Guar Gom poeder is een extra fijn poeder van hoge kwaliteit dat een natuurlijk, glutenvrij verdikkingsmiddel, stabilisator, emulgator en textuurverbeteraar is. Guar Gom is een krachtig verdikkingsmiddel en kan gebruikt worden in koud water of andere vloeistoffen.

Het is neutraal van geur en smaakloos. Guar gom wordt gebruikt om ingrediënten te verdikken, te binden en de uittreding van vocht te verminderen. Het kan gebruikt worden in brood en deeg voor een verzachtend effect. Gebruik Guar Gom in gels, fruitbereidingen en diepvriesproducten om uittreding van vocht te voorkomen of om producten in te dikken.

Gebruik Guar Gom in ijs en sorbets om de vorming van ijskristallen te voorkomen. Het kan ook worden gebruikt in schuim om de stabiliteit en de textuur te verbeteren en kan zetmeel, stropen en suikers vervangen als een verdikkingsmiddel met een laag caloriegehalte.

In veganistische en vegetarische voeding kan het worden gebruikt als bindmiddel ter vervanging van eieren of andere vormen van eiwit. Het is geschikt voor veganisten, vegetariërs, het is glutenvrij en niet genetisch gemodificeerd.


Hoe te gebruiken:
Typische dosering: 3 gram tot 5 gramram per liter. Guargom is gemakkelijk te gebruiken, het is niet gevoelig voor pH en verdraagt zouten, waardoor het een zeer goed verdikkingsmiddel, emulgator, stabilisator en textuurverbeteraar is.

They work! Even if you hate socks
