Wente Diablo Highlands Red Blend

De Wente Diablo Highlands Red Blend is een karaktervolle rode wijn uit de Verenigde Staten, afkomstig uit de zonovergoten Diablo Highlands in Californië. Deze blend is gemaakt van een selectie van topdruiven: Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petite Sirah en Tempranillo. De druiven worden met zorg met de hand geoogst en vervolgens in roestvrijstalen tanks gefermenteerd. Daarna rijpt de wijn ongeveer 12 maanden, waarbij een deel op eikenhouten vaten wordt gerijpt om extra diepgang te verkrijgen. 

Deze rode blend verwent de zintuigen met uitnodigende aroma’s van rijpe zwarte bessen, kersen en pruimen. Subtiele hints van vanille en lichte eikenhouttonen maken de geur compleet. In de mond is de wijn soepel en vol, met zachte tannines die een perfect evenwicht bieden. Ideaal in combinatie met gegrild vlees, stoofschotels of een stevige kaasplank, waardoor elke maaltijd een bijzondere ervaring wordt.

I had down pillows, and foam pillows, and other synthetic pillows etc and some were ok and others were not. The only issue is after a perfect nights sleep, I find I really do not want to get out of bed in the morning..One great thing, is I am retired so I really do not have to get up out of bed until I want to 😴😳. The pillows are well made and feel like expensive down filled pillows but softer. I am VERY satisfied with the pillows. I just wish I would have found these pillows years ago.
