This lightweight version has a nylon body and nylon backing plate to keep weight and cost to a minimum.
Features a 30mm dynamic sheave. Which uses twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings running on a stainless-steel rail. This provides a superior load-carrying ability and longevity when compared to other bearing systems which run on a plastic rail.
Also featured is the A0677 small allenite cam cleat. Allenite is a material developed by Allen specifically for low weight and good heat dissipation to increase wear resistance over standard acetals. The Allenite cam cleat offers a good weight saving over the aluminium version.
Ideal for lower loading halyards, pole launchers and jib sheets. Higher loading applications should use the A2133-77
