This Magnesium Oil contains only raw, ultra-pure magnesium chloride and other trace minerals drawn from the Ancient Zechstein Seabed in Northern Europe and is applied topically for its benefits to the body.

Known for its therapeutic benefits, this magnesium spray can help with a range of issues. When massaged into the skin it works to increase circulation and help draw inflammation out of muscles and joints. Other known benefits are; helping to relieve headaches, muscle aches and cramps including period pain, once rubbed into the skin the Magnesium passes directly into the tissues via the skin, where it is quickly transported to cells throughout the body. This option is perfect for those who cannot tolerate oral Magnesium supplements.

Use 1-3 sprays and rub into the skin thoroughly. Repeat to cover arms, legs, and any areas needing special attention.

Fit is true to size, but I would not call it very forgiving through the midsection.
