Description:
In thirty years of working in corporations, Michael Beer has witnessed how organisational silence has derailed many a strategic objective. When lower-level employees in the organisation can't speak truth to power, senior leaders don't hear what they need to hear about their firm's fitness to compete. Employees lose trust in higher-ups and become more resistant to change.
In Fit to Compete, Beer presents an antidote to silence — an innovative and highly effective process for holding honest conversations with everyone in your organization. Used by over 150 organisations across the globe, the Strategic Fitness Process has helped leaders in industries as diverse as medical technology, restaurant chains, and pharmaceuticals hear the raw and necessary truth about the sources of misalignment between their strategies and their organisations.
In addition to a step-by-step guide, Beer offers detailed and illustrative case studies of companies that have used the Strategic Fitness Process to great effect. He also shows how to apply the process more broadly, to a variety of strategic challenges and at multiple levels throughout the organisation.

Great socks
Size: X-Large, Color: White/Graphite (6-pairs)
I really like these socks. Feel good, long lasting, high quality. Fortunately they are not as high at the ankle as they look in the picture.

Very Nice Athletic Socks - Fit as expected.
Size: X-Large, Color: Black/Graphite (6-pairs)
So far so good. I purchased the XL size and they fit well for my size 14 feet. They seem to have held up well in the 7 days I have been wearing them - 2 washes so far. Only time will tell if they last. I do know if you walk around the house in your socks they will develop holes on the bottom much faster than if you just wear them in shoes.

Favorite socks
Size: X-Large, Color: Black/Graphite (6-pairs)
Great quality, very comfortable and soft. Have a decent thickness to them without making your feet hot and aren't too tight around the ankles

Some of the best socks I’ve ever worn
Size: X-Large, Color: Black/Graphite (6-pairs)
Some of the best socks I’ve ever worn. I am a size 13 and it’s hard to find good fitting socks (especially in no show) and these fit perfectly. They are also incredibly soft, probably some of the softest I own. I will continue to buy this brand for as long as they are around
