Made from a super stretchy, soft, cotton spandex knit with 22'' zippers on both the right and left side seams to allow for bilateral access to the abdomen, hip and groin area. This simplifies dressing from a seated or reclined position, allows dressing from either side of the pants, bilateral access to surgical sites, and access to incontinence products without fully removing the pants. Both zippers have a U-shaped zipper pull that add additional functionality for people with limited hand and arm dexterity. The zipper pulls allow for the garment to be used with dressing hooks or gross motor movements.
