De trots van de familie zijn nog steeds de wijngaarden in Livermore Valley. Gelegen zo'n 35 km ten oosten van San Francisco bay profiteert dit gebied van de verkoelende ochtendnevels en volop zonneschijn in de middag. Dit microklimaat zorgt ervoor dat de druiven perfect rijp worden en toch de frisheid behouden. 

De Beyer Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is een volle wijn met zachte tannines en heel veel smaak. Lichte tonen van vanille en rokerigheid door een lichte opvoeding op hout.
