Dieprode en volle rode wijn met een robijnrode kleur en een expressief aromatisch profiel van rijpe bramen, zwarte kersen, pruimen, aangevuld met subtiele kruidige tonen van zwarte peper, chocolade en lichte eikeninvloeden. In de mond rijk, vol en zacht, met rijpe, fluweelachtige tannines, een evenwichtige zuurgraad en een lange, elegante afdronk.
Deze Shiraz van My Liefste combineert kracht, complexiteit en toegankelijkheid, ideaal voor zowel directe consumptie als korte rijping.

Perfect bij gegrild rood vlees, stoofschotels, barbecuegerechten, lamsvlees of gerijpte harde kazen.

Klimaat

De wijngaarden liggen in Zuid-Afrika, waar een mediterraan klimaat met warme dagen en koele nachten zorgt voor een langzame en gelijkmatige rijping van de druiven, waardoor frisheid en aromatische intensiteit behouden blijven.

Ondergrond

De bodems bestaan uit kalkrijke klei en leem met een goede drainage, wat bijdraagt aan structuur, concentratie en finesse in de wijn.

Vinificatie

De druiven worden handmatig geoogst en zorgvuldig geselecteerd. Fermentatie vindt plaats in temperatuurgecontroleerde inox tanks, gevolgd door rijping in Franse eikenhouten barriques voor extra complexiteit, ronding en subtiele houttonen, terwijl het fruitige karakter behouden blijft.

I feel it’s very safe dog friendly absolutely must buy hands-down. You will not be disappointed. It’s made of a very strong. I would say rubber and it’s super easy to clean. Just toss it in the sink. Wash it off with soap and water rinse it. It’s good to go. I’m running to buy another one right now as we speak so just in case he loses it, he’ll have a backup.
