Colore giallo paglierino con delicati riflessi verdolini. Al naso ha un bouquet delicato con profumi di fiori bianchi di camomilla e ginestra. Al palato ha una buona intensità aromatica, è equilibrato e armonioso con una piacevole freschezza e sapidità minerale.L'eleganza e la mineralità dell'Etna Bianco DOC di Murgo derivano dai terreni vulcanici su cui sono coltivate le vigne. Le uve, prima della pressatura soffice, vengono macerate a freddo a 5-8°C in tini in acciaio inox per 15 ore. Si procede poi alla fermentazione a temperatura controllata di 16-18°C con lieviti selezionati. Il vino matura in serbatoi dacciaio per un periodo minimo di 5 mesi e prosegue laffinamento in bottiglia per almeno 2 mesi prima della commercializzazione.
E un vino perfetto per esaltare i sapori della cucina di mare, in particolare in abbinamento a pesci delicati alla griglia serviti con salmoriglio.

For the record... This is the FIRST ever I'm reviewing something on the first day! This stuff smells amazing! And all I've washed so far with it is my hands! Got it, (after an 8hr shift of work) and washed my hands with it, sitting outside 80 degrees with a breeze and I keep getting a wiff of it. Smells amazing like I'm wearing a cologne! My wife noticed and asked why I was wearing cologne. Highly recommend
