In seguito alla fermentazione

Si percepiscono al naso profumi floreali di viola, note di frutti rossi, echi di sottobosco e spezie; al palato è strutturato, intenso ma al tempo stesso invitante alla beva, dal tannino calibrato e persistente.Prodotto dalla cantina di Daniele Ricci, "Dritto al Cuore" è un vino ottenuto da uve barbera, coltivate nel comune di Costa Vescovato, in vigne poste su terreni ricchi di marne. In seguito alla fermentazione alcolica innescata dai lieviti spontanei, che si protrae per circa 15 giorni sulle bucce, avviene un affinamento di 18 mesi circa in acciaio, a cui segue una sosta di alcuni mesi in bottiglia. Il vino non subisce filtrazioni nè chiarifiche.
Si abbina a un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, o a primi piatti conditi con sughi di carne.

Classic text. Written at the college level.
Text treats each topic initially from point of what are the causes of this injury, and how to prevent it. Then it goes into what will need to happen with an occurrence.
No pictures, but that's a good thing. There are many drawings which do a better job of highlighting what is important.
