Dit zijn prachtige wijnen die puur en transparant zijn. Ze zijn bescheiden en complex.

Beschrijving: Sappig en fris, met medium body en mooie structuur. Veel rood fruit, zachte tannines en fijne mineraliteit.

Lekker bij: Breed inzetbaar, lamsvlees, charcuterie, gevogelte en lichtere kazen. 

Leuk weetje: Zijn focus ligt op het maken van terroir gedreven wijnen en werkt volgens biologische en biodynamische principes.
