De koksbrander voor de professional

Koksbranders zijn ideaal voor een professionele en veelzijdige afwerking van vlees na sous-vide bereiding, voor creme brulée gerechten, voor karameliseren, em andere gerechten.

Met een temperatuur tot wel 1300ºC schroei je in een handomdraai je sous-vide bereide vlees product af en krijg je een prachtig flinterdun krokant bruin laagje (maillardreactie) zonder het vlees verder te garen. Bovendien kun je overal perfect bij en is de korst prachtig egaal. Snel, eenvoudig en professioneel! De brander ligt fijn en stevig in de hand en produceert een grote vlam die wel 15 cm ver reikt en een groot oppervlakte kan bestrijken. Ideaal voor grote stukken vlees en/of wanneer je veel producten moet afwerken. De rode knop voor de gasregeling heeft een ingebouwde ontsteker, draaibeveiliging en is nauwkeurig instelbaar.

De Bright spark flametastic pro koksbrander is zo ontworpen dat de brander over de gasbus heen valt. Dit verbetert de hygiëne. Bovendien ligt hij ergonomisch in de hand.

Bediening van de Bright spark Koksbrander DeLuxe FlameTastic

  • Druk de draaibeveiliging in
  • Draai de knop helemaal op (tegen de klok in)
  • Druk de knop in om te ontsteken
  • Draai de knop terug (met de klok mee) naar de gewenste vlamgrootte / temperatuur

De keukenbrander wordt geleverd in blisterverpakking en is voorzien van piëzo-ontsteking, de koksbrander wordt zonder gasbus geleverd.

Charging base makes awful high pitch noise.

It cleans fine but the charging base emits a terrible high pitch noise. I have to unplug it when nearby. Cats no longer want to sleep in the same room as the vacuum base. Update: A little over a year later and it appears the vacuum's onboard wifi module has passed the rainbow bridge to electric heaven. Can no longer connect the L50 to the app or local wifi. Tried resetting, reverting to older version of app, changing my wifi to 2ghz only. Trying setup in airplane mode. Nothing works.

Air comes out and STAYS out!

I’ve tried so many different versions of these vacuum storage bags over the years, and this company seems to have finally figured it out. It also has a stop valve built in, which prevents air from escaping when you remove the pump to put the cap back on. Such a smart design improvement over other brands I’ve used. I bought the medium 10-pack to store my winter clothes in two 66-quart storage bins, and they fit surprisingly well. That said, part of me wishes I had also picked up a few of the smaller sizes just because they’d probably make stacking and organizing even easier. Overall though, I’m really impressed with the quality and design.
