Colore giallo paglierino intenso; al naso è intenso, complesso e fine, si apre con profumi floreali di biancospino e ginestra, seguiti da sentori di mela e di pera, con un finale di note vegetali. Il vino è secco, fresco, di buona sapidità, equilibrato e armonico.Il Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore 2015 dell'azienda vitivinicola La Staffa è prodotto con le uve verdicchio di vigneti situati sulle colline di Staffolo, nella provincia di Ancona. Dopo un'accurata selezione delle uve in vigna, la fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata; nei medesimi recipienti il vino è lasciato poi affinare prima di essere imbottigliato. Beneficiando delle preziose peculiarità della zona di produzione, quali microclima eccellente e composizione singolare del terreno, il verdicchio fa di questo vino un bianco fine ed equilibrato, dal ventaglio aromatico molto espressivo e ben definito.
Ideale in accompagnamento ad antipasti, primi piatti e formaggi freschi; inoltre è ottimo se abbinato a piatti a base di pesce e frutti di mare.

Great value for the style and material
