The designs on our shirts are made with high quality DTF transfers from our own commercial printer. They are not embellished with rhinestones, embroidery or any other type of embellishment although some are designed to look like they are. We do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges as all of our items are made to order, however, if your product arrives damaged in any way please message us so that we can fix it for you! Great plan, easy refund process

Worth it albeit online claim process need work
I submitted the claim online twice and each time the claim was denied due to missing documents, which I included. Calling the customer service center was helpful. Shout out to UPS, who picked up the returned item and provided a receipt. Still recommend getting protection, might be an exercise of patience but still worth it.
