RACING CRAFTSMANSHIP IN EVERY SHELL
The carbon shell of the new E2 Carbon is crafted using the same advanced lamination and autoclave curing techniques as our car racing helmets. What sets it apart is that the shell is meticulously handmade using a unique layup and autoclave curing process, resulting in a lighter and stronger shell. Each shell is made by the same expert technicians responsible for producing the helmets of the reigning Formula 1 World Champion.
ONE MAN, ONE SHELL
The carbon shell manufacturing follows the "one man, one shell" principle, meaning the same technician who begins the lamination process is responsible for completing the entire production of the shell.
ADVANCED AUTOCLAVE CURING FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE
Once the lamination process is complete, the carbon mold is sealed and transferred to the vacuum station, where specialized operators meticulously wrap and vacuum the mold to prepare it for the autoclave curing cycle.
The SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE autoclaves apply a precise blend of pressure and temperature over a cycle lasting up to four hours. This process fuses the carbon fiber layers and resin into a solid, monolithic structure, ensuring superior mechanical strength and lightweight performance.
ADJUSTABLE PEAK
The new peak of the E2 Carbon was developed in the SCHUBERTH wind tunnel to reduce buffeting and vibrations. The E2 Carbon can be adjusted in 3 positions, and can also be easily removed. The result is a helmet that is incredibly versatile, allowing riders to choose their ideal configuration for any adventure.
It’s the small details that set a SCHUBERTH helmet apart. First introduced with the E1 peak, the memory function is also featured on the E2 visor and peak. This function ensures that the selected position of the peak remains the same after opening and closing the chin bar.
ULTIMATE VENTILATION FOR ALL-DAY COMFORT
For long-distance comfort off-road or on-road, effective ventilation and temperature control are essential.
The new SCHUBERTH E2 comes with a double chin air intake. The top vent prevents visor fogging in cold conditions, while the lower vent provides extra airflow in elevated temperatures. Since dust, mud, and insects are part of off-road adventures, the chin vent also features a washable and replaceable filter to keep the helmet clean and comfortable.
ADVANCED HEAD VENTILATION
The E2 redefines ventilation, featuring a two-position adjustable top vent and a newly designed enlarged spoiler with an air extractor, ensuring superior airflow in the most demanding conditions.
SAFETY FIRST
At SCHUBERTH, safety is our top priority. The E2 Carbon, with its full carbon shell, delivers exceptional mechanical strength while remaining incredibly lightweight. It also features P/J double homologation and meets the rigorous ECE-R 22.06 standard.
Like the entire SCHUBERTH lineup, the E2 Carbon is equipped with the Anti-Roll-Off-System, paired with a chin strap in an advanced position to enhance comfort around the throat area.
INTERCOM SYSTEM
The most advanced communication technology developed specifically for your SCHUBERTH E2 Carbon. Easy to install, to configure and use, SC commuincation systems set a new standard for motorcycle communication. The HD speakers and three antennas for FM Radio, Bluetooth Intercom and Mesh Intercom are already pre-installed.
Simple to install: Plug in the HD BOOM microphone, remove the covers at the back of the helmet, free the remote control housing on the side, plug both in, turn them on, and you are ready to ride!
SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
The standard inner linings have been developed to offer uncompromised comfort to all our customers, but those with "extreme head shapes" are usually forced to compromise with fit and sizes.
For SCHUBERTH compromise is not an option, which is why introduce the SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM. A specific program aimed to ensure the maximum comfort to the rider giving the option to customize the internal padding with multiple thickness options for sides, back and cheek pads.
