Honey Bee fruits early and pairs beautifully with Aurora, Borealis, Tundra, and Indigo Gem as a pollinator. Its firm, cylindrical berries ripen in late June and stay on the bush longer than most haskaps — reducing drop loss and extending the picking window. While the fruit’s stems make it less suited for mechanical harvest, its tart-sweet flavour is perfect for fresh eating, preserves, juices, and wine.
