Le uve sono raccolte tardivamente e poste ad appassire nel fruttaio
Giallo dorato scintillante nel calice. Naso raffinato con note di miele, crema pasticcera e pesca bianca, su uno sfondo delicatamente speziato e tostato. In bocca l’avvolgente dolcezza viene ravvivata dall’acidità che ha il sapore degli agrumi canditi.Nasce dai grappoli selezionati dell’omonima varietà autoctona il suadente Friuli Colli Orientali Picolit DOCG 2017 firmato Torre Rosazza. Le uve sono raccolte tardivamente e poste ad appassire nel fruttaio aziendale per 60 giorni. Segue la fermentazione alcolica in acciaio e l’elevazione in barrique di 24 mesi. Dolce, ma soprattutto elegante e bilanciato, è il vino ideale a fine pasto, capace di sorprendere se lasciato affinare alcuni anni in cantina.
Da abbinare ai formaggi a lunga stagionatura e agli erborinati, è ottimo con i dessert e le torte alla crema.
