Greco JB600 1978 Electric Bass Guitar - Natural w/ Case - Made In Japan

This JB600 is relic from the Lawsuit era of Japanese guitars—this Greco Electric Bass, born in 1978 in the esteemed Fuji-Gen Factory in Japan. Renowned for their superior quality and craftsmanship, these guitars are a testament to precision and excellence. With a distinctive character, a pristine, clear sound, and an incredibly satisfying playability, this bass stands out. Its aesthetics are equally captivating, emanating a hardcore vintage appeal, adorned with well-earned battle scars and tastefully weathered binding on the neck.

Condition:

  • This is a used guitar.

  • Physically this unit is in good condition for a 46 year old guitar. It shows some wear / oxidisation on the picks ups, knobs, bridge and other parts. There are some small to medium dents, nicks and scratches. The pickguard is not original and is cracked. The binding around the neck shows cracks and chips. Please see all photos.

  • This guitar has been tested. It is fully functional, the intonation has been checked. The frets are are slighty worn and show some wear, but still have plenty of life left. It plays nicely and sounds great!

  • This Greco has had a minor service and thorough test. This included:

    • Cleaning the neck, buffed and polished frets.

    • Pickup height adjusted.

    • String height adjusted.

    • Switches and pots were cleaned.

    • The tone pot was replaced with a brand new modern replacement by Eagle.

    • The output jack was replaced with a brand new Switchcraft.

  • For safety during shipping, tension will be taken off the neck. The guitar will need to be tuned on arrival.

  • Please note that although we have tested the intonation and set up the guitar here, due to the nature of guitars as well as the shipping and handling process there is a chance you will need to set up the guitar again. The set up may need to be modified to suit your personal preferences.

  • Guitars picked up from our West Gosford store will set up ready to play!

  • This unit will ship in a road case. It shows some general wear, but overall still great for shipping and caring your new guitar around in.

An immature take on Peter Parker only suitable for the most immature reader
Format: Kindle
Someday, Marvel Comics won't be controlled by white male Boomers/GenXers who make Peter Pan look well adjusted and who incessantly try to recapture a childhood that never actually existed while believing women have cooties and adult relationships are icky. But until then, we get Amazing Spider-Man by Joe Kelly, whose writing is the living embodiment of the Steve Buscemi "How do you do, my fellow kids" meme. This run is boring, trite and cliched. You could probably get a more insightful and original story by asking ChatGPT to write one for you. The only thing going for the run - so far - is that Kelly at least isn't outright aggressively antagonizing the reader unlike the previous writer. It's just...bland and mediocre.
