The one main rule - if you have any questions and clarifications - PRIOR TO ORDERING, Contact us to answer any questions you may have.

3. Delivery options:
PRODUCTION and SHIPPING TIMES
These products are all made custom for you and made to order. Please allow 10 days for manufacturing.
Approximate shipping times are 7-15 business days. Note that delays beyond the above time frames can be expected during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
4. Taxes and fees: All taxes and customs duties that arise when purchasing an order are at the buyer's expense.
5. Seller's responsibility: a guarantee of conformity of the goods to the photos and the stated terms. Willingness to do everything possible to make my buyer purchases enjoyable, including the beauty of the product, his reflection in the mirror, and feel comfortable at the same time.
6. Responsibility of the buyer: the buyer is responsible for the OBJECTIVE decision on their order.
7. Returns and exchanges rules:
SORRY, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THE WRONG SIZE CHOICE. SIZE GUIDE:
Please refer to the provided measurements given in the listing images for both body measurements and actual garment measurements. Standard sizings vary depending on who manufactured it. Please use the size chart provided to select the correct size.
- No Exchanges are available due to these are custom made products created for you.
- Returns are possible only if the goods do not match (the declared quality, size, discrepancy with the photos). Quality issues must be reported to us within 15 days of delivery.
In this case - all taxes and customs duties; delivery - at the expense of the buyer.
After receiving the goods back, the seller checks the condition of the goods. If there are no damages or traces of wear and tear, the money will be returned to the buyer. Also, when returning the item, the buyer will be charged for the shipping costs incurred by the seller when the item was on its way to the buyer.
-There can be no refunds under any circumstances for products made to order for specific dimensions.
8. Conflict resolution:
- If item is not as stated: style, model, size, quality - at seller's expense.
- If the situation: "I don't like it",  "I didn't imagine it that way", or "I changed my mind" - at the expense of the buyer.
