Tutto Beny White '23Bastian Beny is a 7ha project in the Rheinhessen in Germany. Biodynamic since 2023 and working naturally with Riesling, Chardonay, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Scheurebe, Dornfelder, Portugieser, Muller Thurgau & Kerner. This is a hand harvested white, wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered and well farmed. Petrol notes alongside lemon and lime zest. Easy drinking and light bodied. Some salty notes as well. One of our favourite new producers!
