In honor of the Serbian-American engineer and scientist Nikola Tesla, who is historically renown as the Father of Alternate Current, we are proud to offer the Air Tesla, the fourth generation of the VooDoo Tesla Powercord Series. The Air Tesla is specifically designed for large high-current power amps and power conditioners. The Air Tesla is built with #6 AWG geometry of cryogenically treated high-purity Cryo-Alloy™ conductors. The Air Tesla design uses a rigid buss-bar ‘reservoir’ within the power cord,where a massive amount of electrical current in the form of line capacitance or ‘ampacity’ is held in reserve for sudden current demands at transient power peaks as well as for effortless response during normal performance levels. The Air Tesla is 100% protected from invasive EMI and RFI with heavy-gauge copper braid shielding. The entire power cord body is sheathed with static-resistant Nylon mesh for maximum durability and optimal flexibility. The Air Tesla is terminated with the PowerPhase ™ Rhodium over platinum-plated Tellurium Copper IEC connector and AC plug with machined aluminum shell that is insulated with carbon fiber laminate. All of the wire and connectors used to build the are cryogenically treated in our custom Cold Fusion™ deep-immersion process at -315 F (-192 C) to structurally align and fuse the metallurgical molecular structure of the conductive metals for optimal sonic performance.
