Adjustable end features pinch clamp. Both ends feature a high articulation Johnny Joint rod end. Intended for us on lifted vehicles, but may also be adjusted to work on stock vehicles. Worth the price.

Only on one side. I use with cooling pillow slip and it helps. I like the thickness and density compared to the pricey Columbia pillows. But Columbia has better outer materials and is cool on both sides.
