The Silver Lining. A European Classic.

The 1998-99 FC Bayern Munich away jersey is one of the most distinctive and recognizable kits in the club’s European history. Specifically designed for away fixtures in the UEFA Champions League, this "Silver" edition became a symbol of a season that saw Bayern dominate the continent, reaching the legendary final in Barcelona after a series of masterful performances across Europe.

Produced by Adidas during the peak of their late-90s "Equipment" era, the jersey features a shimmering metallic silver base—a bold and futuristic choice for the time. The design is framed by deep navy blue panels on the shoulders and sleeves, accented by the iconic white three-stripes. The crossover V-neck collar and the classic "Opel" sponsorship in navy blue complete a technical aesthetic that perfectly captured the spirit of the turn of the millennium.

This era was defined by the iron-willed leadership of Stefan Effenberg and the clinical finishing of Giovane Élber. While the season ended in the most dramatic of fashions, this jersey remains a favorite among collectors for its unique color palette and its association with a squad that reclaimed Bayern's status as a top-tier European powerhouse.

A futuristic, high-contrast masterpiece from a historic Champions League campaign.

It's pretty nice
Format: Paperback
I don't usually read saphic stories to my preference of mlm ones but this one wasn't bad. Ended on sort of a cliff hanger I suppose given it's only volume 1. The plot revolves around the lead and her mother and sets the tone for her daily life while slowly building her relationship with the green haired one until finishing the book off with them becoming friends and confiding in eachother.
