Direct Steam Operation
Operates using direct steam at a minimum of 5 PSI and a maximum of 30 PSI, providing efficient and consistent heating for various cooking tasks.

Sturdy Bridge Design
The mixer bridge is constructed of 10 gauge stainless steel and houses two heavy-duty hydraulic motors for agitator drive. It is power tilt and swings 140 degrees out of the way for kettle tilting or cleaning.
