Il Panettone Salato al Pomodoro Olivieri 1882 è la nostra nuova interpretazione del grande lievitato italiano in chiave gastronomica.


Nasce dalla stessa filosofia che guida tutti i nostri lievitati: lievito madre vivo, lavorazione lenta e ingredienti selezionati, ma declinata in una versione salata sorprendente e contemporanea.


Un impasto soffice, arioso e profumato, arricchito con pomodori secchi, che regalano colore, profondità aromatica e un gusto pieno, equilibrato tra dolcezza naturale e sapidità.Il risultato è un grande lievitato salato dalla struttura leggera e alveolata, pensato per portare il panettone fuori dal dessert e trasformarlo in un prodotto gastronomico versatile: perfetto per aperitivi, degustazioni, taglieri o abbinamenti creativi.
