Suggested Usage

How to Use:
You can simply dissolve one Instant Reishi sachet in a cup of hot water. It makes anything from 1 dl (½ cup) to 1 liter (4 cups) of tasty drink, depending on the strength you are looking for. The effect stays the same when the powder is blended into a smoothie, mixed with food or even sprinkled straight into the mouth. Whichever way you make it, the more of the powder you get into your system the stronger the benefits.

Serving size of 1 sachet per day is definitely an effective dose already. You can then adjust the dose according to your needs and feelings, there is no risk of overdosing because the mushroom and all the herbs are tonics.
