The Rat IDO1 (Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1) QuickTest ELISA Kit measures IDO1 in Rat Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell Lysate or Tissue Lysate. This kit was based on sandwich ELISA method. The experiment lasted 120 minutes. Capture antibody was conjugated to an affinity tag that was recognized by a specific antibody coated on the QuickTest plate. Add the Cap/Det Ab working solution into each well, then add the standards and pilot samples into individual wells. If the sample contains IDO1, a capture antibody-IDO1-biotin-detection antibody complex was formed. After incubation, unbound conjugates were removed by wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added. After washing, TMB substrates were added to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. The concentration of IDO1 in the sample was calculated by drawing a standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

For eighty bucks this definitely isn't bad. It arrived slightly out of shape but after a few days on a good hanger, it all fell into place. I had no issues with fit--the medium wears as expected (6', 38" chest). It's a fun jacket, it's not far off from the product photos, and it certainly makes an impression. While it doesn't feel 'premium' per se, it doesn't feel cheap either. The liner is solid enough that the sequins don't feel too scratchy or restrictive. Definitely a niche item--certainly more of a costume piece than something you'd wear to make a bold impression at a formal event, and while not inexpensive, it delivers for the price and I don't think you could do much better for $80.
