The Rat HYAL3 (Hyaluronidase-3) ELISA Kit measures HYAL3 in Rat Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti HYAL3 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with HYAL3 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of HYAL3 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Fabulous and sooooo soft

This blanket is so extremely soft and cozy. The only reason I deducted a star was because the fur side and the velvety side aren’t sew together anywhere besides the edges/seams, so when I fold it it’s basically like 2 blankets just sewn together and not one blanket. When you lie with it and cover you, they sort of separate if that makes sense but it doesn’t bother us. It’s so comfy to have on the couch and while movie watching. The only time it sort of a pain is when I fold it. In saying that, I would buy again. The velvety side is a soft tan/beige and the fur side is creams, off white and variations of the tan/beiges. So lovely. You can see it next to a solid cream colored blanket I have that I also bought on Amazon. It matches well and I love it!
