Young Women Writers Project 2018Each year, the Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning in Lexington, Kentucky, invites young women in grades 9 12 to apply for the Young Women Writers Project. The project is a free series of intensive workshops dedicated to creative self expression through writing. At the end of the program, the writers have the opportunity to mentor elementary age girls and to publicly perform their writing, some of which is shared within this volume.
