The plate has been pre coated with Human TNFB antibody. TNFB present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human TNFB Antibody is added and binds to TNFB in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TNFB antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed

The Human (TNF-B) Tumor Necrosis Factor Betaeta ELISA Kit measures Tumor Necrosis Factor beta in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human TNFB antibody. TNFB present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human TNFB Antibody is added and binds to TNFB in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TNFB antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human TNFB. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I bought this book for my girlfriend who is a big Ralph Wiggum fan. When it arrived, I was shocked to see what a thorough exploration of the character it was. I'm not saying it's all canon in terms of the show, as i saw some complaints that there was stuff in this book that wouldn't make sense to the Ralph character (such as his love for Lisa) due to them "breaking up" in a past episode, but come on, that's a hogwash complaint. The whole point of this book is to entertain, and it does so in spades, so it comes highly recommended. And this is coming from a huge 'The Simpsons' fan himself. Oh, and by the way, my girlfriend loved it, too.
