The Rat HTR1A (5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A) ELISA Kit measures HTR1A in Rat Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti Htr1a antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with Htr1a bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of Htr1a in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Very good opener with some cheap attachments

This is a very good wine opener. It's light weight, well made, and opens bottles with no issues. Best part about this one that sets it apart from the competition is the charging base. I've tried a couple different ones so far and they all require you to plug a cord directly into the unit to charge it. With this one, it charges as soon as you set it into the base so you don't forget. The con with this one however is that the foil cutter is stored in the base and doesn't snap onto the unit itself like my old one. It's a very small inconvenience but just worth noting. The wine stopper and aerator are kind of like plastic toys but i really don't use them anyways. For the price though, having a charging base is worth the switch. Overall, really like this opener.
