When I am in a bad flare, sometimes all I can keep down is liquids and baby food. These are so gentle on my stomach, and leave me feeling truly nourished, unlike so many of the mainstream baby foods that are clearly low quality meat or very sugar laden. I try to make my own soups and liquids from a Paleo mindset, but sometimes when you're really sick, you don't have the energy to even put something in the blender. Okay, all moms, you've got to hear me out on this one! The first time my kiddo tried this he hated the flavor!
