Graphene quantum dots (GQDs) are nanoscale fragments of graphene with unique physical and chemical properties, such as quantum size effects, edge effects, etc. By specific synthesis methods, the size, shape, and luminescent properties of GQDs can be controlled. At present, Xianfeng Nano's available quantum dots are divided into graphene oxide quantum dots, graphene quantum dots, semiconductor quantum dots, etc. Customers can choose according to their experimental needs. The preparation methods of graphene quantum dots on sale are divided into bottom-up and top-down, with different colors of luminescence available, such as green light, blue light, red light, and white light. Meanwhile, graphene quantum dots with different functional groups can be selected, which is also helpful for later modification coupling.
