This item is shipped in a protective wood crate via freight truck directly to you. The trucking company will call you to set up an appointment to deliver it. They can bring the crate into a garage or similar location, but they do not carry it upstairs or help you open the crate. If you have specific questions about delivery, please contact us.
Note: Each 42" Hara Gong is unique. Once each one sells, we won't have another exactly like it, but we will eventually get more unique Hara Gongs. Check back in a few months to see if we have more.
