Safe Door Compatibility

- The 18.25in x 23in RMP can be bolted or secured onto any surface large enough to fit the panel.

Mounting RMP to Safe Door

Mounting to Internal Wood Panel of Safe Door:

- Line up RMP in desired location.

- Using "Hardware Mounting Kit - Self Drilling Screws with Nylon Spacers" available through GMT slide the Self Drilling Screw through the outside edge holes on the RMP, slide a spacer onto it, and then drill/screw into the wood paneling of the safe door.

- A pilot hole may be drilled if desired prior to applying screws/spacers.

Mounting RMP to Pelican Case Lid

Molded Screw Mounting Points:

- Line up the pre-drilled holes on the panel with the molded mounting point and fasten with the "#8 x 1/2" Pelican Case Mounting Screws".

- It is recommended to line up the top center hole and fasten with a screw there first.

- If there is a an issue with the holes not lining up perfectly a standard drill with a 0.125" or similar sized drill bit to create new mounting hole

Slick Lids with No Molded Screw Mounting Points:

Many models of Pelican Case and other Hard Side protective cases do not have any molded mounting points. In this case we avoid using screws as it may pierce through the exterior of the case causing damage to the air/water tight nature of the case. Instead we specify using 3M Dual Lock adhesive backed tape (available on our site). In order to adhere to the very slick plastic of the hard side case as well as the RMP, we specify using 3M Primer 94 (not available on our site, Amazon is a reliable source) to prime all surfaces where 3M Dual Lock will adhere.

- Wipe surface to be adhered to (RMP and corresponding surface on Hard Case Lid) with an Alcohol Cleaning Wipe. Allow to completely dry.

- Apply 3M Primer 94 to RMP and Hard Case Lid where 3M Dual Lock will be adhered. Allow to tack up per directions supplied with 3M Primer 94.

- Peel and Stick 3M Dual Lock into place, use firm pressure to ensure 100% contact is achieved.

- Allow to dry over night and then snap RMP panel onto Lid of Case.

Vehicle Compatibility

- Compact to Full Size Cars (Trunk lid or rear seat back which is in trunk space)

- Compact to Full Size SUVs (Fold up Rear Seats, Cargo Area Walls)

- Compact to Full Size Trucks (Fold up Rear Seats, Cargo Area Walls)

- Helicopters and Aircraft (Cargo Area Walls)

- Boats (Cargo Area Walls)

Securing RMP to Vehicle Seat

For Rear Fold Up Seats

- Loop two or more longer Bottom straps around the base of the seat and secure to the RMP on both sides of panel. Can be mounted under flip up seat base or on flip down rear row seat backs in the same fashion.

- Tighten to desired fit.

- Optionally lock the RMP panel by passing a cable lock through one of the holes or rectangular punch outs on the RMP panel and then loop through the metal base of the vehicle seat to lock it to vehicle.

For Seats with Exposed Metal Frames (MRAP and Similar)

 - If holes on outside of panel line up with metal frame, simply mark where screws/bolts will be on the Metal Seat Frame, drill and tap to accept screw/bolt of your choice.

- If existing holes on panel do not line up, mark and drill new holes in panel to pass mounting hardware through.

- Recommended to Mount panel using Nylon Spacers (5/16" x 0.25"ID available through GMT) to provide standoff.

Attaching Quick Fist Gear Clamps

- Set Backer Plate into punch out from back of panel at desired location.

- Accessories with multiple backer plates may need the backer plates to be oriented properly for either vertical or horizontal mounting

- Pass screws through rubber Quick Fist Clamp and line up with drilled/tapped hole in backer plate, secure by screwing into hole.

- Multiple sizes of Quick Fist Rubber Clamps are available to secure different sized tools.

- The same procedure can be used to attach any accessory that requires backer plates

Attaching MOLLE Pouches

Upgrading to accept Velcro Hook/Loop Pouches

To upgrade any RMP to accept Hook backed pouches, morale patches, or accessories follow the below steps:

To adhere the Adhesive backed Velcro Loop tape to your RMP panel:

- Purchase "Low Profile Loop - Adhesive Backed - 1" Width" from GMT.

- Ensure the panel is cleaned with an alcohol wipe and completely dry.

- Peel the backing off the adhesive backed velcro tape and place the loop section onto the panel. Press firmly into place, and then press further with a rolling pin or place heavy weight onto panel to compress and ensure full contact.

- Apply heat from a hair dryer to warm up the panel and the velcro, enabling the adhesive to "run" or liquefy enough to seep into the panel for a better bond.

- Optionally, use 3M Primer 94 to prime the surface before sticking the adhesive backed velcro into place. This promotes higher adhesion to the panel.

Heavy-Duty Solution for Large Towers — Rock Solid
This CPU holder is exactly what I needed to reclaim my desktop workspace. I wanted to get the computer off the desk to clear up room for projects, but I didn't want to put it on the floor where it’s susceptible to static and pet hair. This mount keeps the tower tucked away under the desk but still within easy reach. Build Quality & Weight: The unit is impressively well-built with sturdy steel. While the specs state it can hold up to 44 lbs, my current build is closer to 20 lbs, and it handles it with zero flex or wobble. It feels very secure once locked in. Design & Airflow: One of the best benefits I’ve noticed is the noise reduction. Having the case mounted under the desk surface helps shield the sound of the fans, creating a quieter workspace. The open-frame design is also great for airflow and keeps all the ports easily accessible. It’s highly adjustable (width 7.7” to 11.8” and height 20” to 25.8”), so it should fit almost any full-size case. Installation Tip: Installation was straightforward, though I’d recommend measuring your desk thickness first to ensure it can support the weight. If you’re looking for a solid, full-size PC holder to keep your system off the floor, this is a great choice. It feels like a professional-grade mount that will last through several different builds.

Great way to keep your PC off the floor, especially with a standing desk
This mount is a great solution if you want to get your desktop tower off the floor and clean up the space around your desk. The construction feels very solid and once installed it holds the PC securely without any wobble. I like that the frame is adjustable so it can fit different case sizes, and the open design allows for good airflow while still supporting the case well. It is especially helpful if you have a standing desk. Keeping the tower mounted under the desk means all of the cables move with the desk when it raises or lowers, which makes everything much cleaner and easier to manage. Installation takes a little planning to line things up correctly, but once it is mounted it feels very secure. If you want a cleaner workspace and a better setup for a standing desk, this mount works really well.

Built Like a Tank… Maybe Too Big
This thing is solid. The build quality is exactly what you want when you’re hanging a PC under a desk—sturdy steel, secure mounting, and plenty of adjustability to fit larger cases. It definitely does its job of getting your tower off the floor and out of the way. That said, size matters here—and this is built for big cases. If your setup is more compact, it is overkill. Definitely measure before you commit, because while the adjustability is nice, it’s clearly designed with larger towers in mind. Pros: Very sturdy, confidence-inspiring build Adjustable to fit a wide range of larger PC cases Keeps PC off the floor (less dust, more space) Can mount under desk or on wall Cons: Oversized for smaller or mid-sized builds Requires careful measuring before install Bulkier than some alternative mounts Bottom Line: A heavy-duty mount that does exactly what it promises—just make sure your PC actually needs something this big before you commit.

My god
Build Quality The steel construction is very solid and feels durable enough to support a desktop tower or similar device. The powder-coated finish also helps protect against scratches. Comfort / Ergonomics Mounting a PC under the desk helps free up floor space and improves overall desk organization. It also keeps the computer elevated away from dust and improves airflow. Features The adjustable frame allows it to fit a variety of PC sizes, which makes it versatile. The mounting brackets feel strong and secure once installed. Ease of Use / Installation Installation requires basic tools but is fairly simple. Once mounted, the adjustable brackets make it easy to secure the computer in place. Cleaning / Maintenance Keeping the PC off the floor makes cleaning around your desk easier and helps reduce dust buildup in the computer itself. Overall Impression This mount is a great solution for anyone wanting a cleaner desk setup. It’s sturdy, adjustable, and keeps your computer safely mounted under the desk. Excellent for improving workspace organization.

Rock Solid and Computer / Wall Safe! Last PC Mount you'll ever need.
This is the hardware that you want in your office: robust, no-nonsense, and able to boss you around its workload. I installed a full size PC case/server in it, and it is rock solid once you lock it in. The open-frame design also merits a mention here as it greatly improves airflow and allows you to access ports on the motherboards and other hardware on your rig should you want to during your gaming sessions without bringing too much heat inside and causing headaches. The width of the holder can be adjusted (approximately 7.7” through 11.8”) in width and (approximately 20” through 25.8”) in height so it fits a large variety of towers, so you don't have to worry whether it could fit your set-up or not. Smaller towers may have substantially more wiggle room though. The mount's weight limit is no joke—up to 44 lbs—so you're not sacrificing stability just to save a few bucks. The shells are quite secure, although some people may have wished for a little more tightening bite; they still prevent your equipment from falling off if you accidentally bump on a wall, which is more important than you may think. A little nitpick: the lower wall-mount bracket could have a couple of extra pilot holes to reduce twisting over time. Not a breaker, just a heads-up for all of you who are looking to the long term. Altogether, it's a reliable, solid fix that is well worth the cost, particularly if you're cramming space and airflow in a tight configuration.
