The 100 mm double flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 offers a high load capacity of 1,000 kg with complete corrosion resistance. It is the robust choice for heavy rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering under hygienic or damp conditions.

Construction & Material

Precisely turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), completely rust-proof with stainless steel ball bearings. The construction is designed for loads up to 1,000 kg and is suitable for manual and motorized systems up to 8 km/h. The double flange geometry ensures reliable guidance on both flat and profile rails.

I own four Lola blankets at over $299 each (gulp) and these absolutely rival that brand in both quality and overall value. The faux fur/mink feels exactly the same for both brands. The only visible difference is that the back side of the WDCOZY brand is lined in a different material which also has a great quality feel and texture to it, very luxe. I've already ordered several more for Christmas gifts and for our AirBNB. I photographed the WDCOZY on the left comparing it to the Lola on the right. You can see how much fluffier the WDCOZY brand is. Highly recommend!
