Unser klassisches Brüh-Rezept:

AeroPress "inverted" verwenden, also den Kolben einsetzen und mit der Öffnung nach oben platzieren //

15g gemahlener Kaffee (etwas feiner als Filter-Kaffee, etwas gröber als für Herdkännchen) //
220 ml Wasser 93°C //
umrühren //
1 Minuten ziehen lassen //
Papierfilter im Einsatz mit heißem Wasser spülen und einsetzen //
langsam durchpressen, Gesamtextraktion ca. 1:30 Minuten //
