Der San Román, der seit 1997 Jahr für Jahr zu den beeindruckendsten Weinen dieser mit exzellenten Qualitäten so gesegneten Region gehört. Die 2015er Edition ist ein zupackendes Kraftpaket von großer Intensität. Ein faszinierender Wein, der ein anregendes Aromenspiel von schwarzen Früchten, Kirsche, Tabak und reifen Brombeeren am Gaumen vollzieht. Der Nachhall zeigt ein kräftiges Rückgrat mit präsentem Tannin. Kein Wunder, dass bei solcher Klasse der San Román eine Beliebtheit ohne Gleichen erfährt! Die späte Ernte erfolgt im Spätherbst, um den Trauben die ideale Reifezeit zu gewähren. Die Abfüllung in die Flasche erfolgte nach der 24-Monatigen Reifung in alten französichen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern.
